‘Sailing Home' is a photographic work inspired by the landscape paintings of Charles Angrand. 

Six photographers were invited by Van Gogh Museum to create a landscape, drawing inspiration from the landscapes painted by Van Gogh and his temporaries. This commission was part of the exhibition 'Van Gogh along the Seine: The Modern Landscape', which was on view at Van Gogh Museum Amsterdam and Art Institute Chicago.

The resulting works were exhibited at Van Gogh Museum during Museum night 2023 and at a 'floating museum' on the ferry from Amsterdam Central Station to NDSM-wharf, during Amsterdam Ferry festival
